An independent festival in East London called us with a challenge: to transform a vacant industrial space into a fully-fledged concert venue, and all in record time.
In less than two days, the uneven riverside terrain was transformed into three functional stages, covered areas for the audience and a safe route for over six thousand attendees.
Working at a continuous pace, with installations at night and adaptations to last-minute changes, the Just Crew team managed to hand over the space ahead of schedule.
24 hours after the end of the festival, everything was already dismantled, and the place was back to its original form — as if the event had never happened.
It was one of those projects where speed, organization and improvisation made the difference, and the collaboration ended with a client returning for new summer contracts.
